What we do not offer.

Passwords
We do not log into your hosting, bank, Shopify billing, WordPress admin or Ads Manager.
Card checkout
House and Line take orders by mail or phone. Live card payments are Store — you open the shop account.
A CMS with 40 buttons
You get files plus a one-page note for text and photos. New pages after handover are add-ons.
Booking engines
We can place a button or an embed if you already have Dineout, Bókun or similar. We do not build the reservation system.
Apps and logins
No mobile app. No customer accounts. No live stock or invoicing.
Shoots and ads on retainer
You send photos. We do not film. We do not run monthly Google or Meta ads. Sales volume is not guaranteed.
Handover
You keep the work.
Nothing stays locked behind us. After the second payment the files are yours.

Before you pay.
Do I pay the full amount first?
No. 50% to start. 50% when you have approved the preview. If the 48-hour map is wrong, we stop.
What is the 30-day care?
Small text and photo swaps on the pages we built. Written list. Not a new page, not a shop, not ads.
Can you use my current site?
Yes. That is Refresh — €490. Send the link and the texts. We rebuild the look, not a new shop.
English or Icelandic?
One language is in the package. The second language is €139.
Do you promise more customers?
No. We deliver the files in the package. Sales depend on the business. We do not take passwords or run ads on retainer.
Will the site take card payments?
Only Store. You open the Shopify (or similar) account. We build the shop and send the steps. House and Line take orders by mail or phone.
Who puts it on my domain?
You publish the files. We walk you through the host if you want. We do not keep your login.
What if something on the preview is wrong?
If it is in the package, we correct the files before the second payment. Revisions are 1, 2 or 3 rounds — written, not endless chat.

Berinde. You write what the company is. I build the site. Remote.
This page is English. Your site copy can be English or Icelandic — one language in the package. Fixed prices. Not a €2,700 proposal for five pages.

Terms
How the work is sold.
BerindeSites sells fixed packages: House €550, Line €890, Store €1,390, Refresh €490. The price on the site is the price unless you add a listed add-on. House, Line, Store and Refresh include 30 days of small text and photo fixes after you publish.
50% starts the work. 50% is due when you approve the preview. Files are yours after the second payment. Until then the preview is for review only.
Revisions are the number in the package (1, 2 or 3), as a written list. New pages, new shop features or new languages are add-ons.
You keep your domain, hosting and payment accounts. We do not take passwords. Store: you open the commerce account; we build the shop and the steps.
If the 48-hour map is rejected, work stops. The first payment covers that map. It is not refunded if you simply change your mind after approving the map.
These terms are a working agreement, not a substitute for a lawyer in your country.
Privacy
What we keep.
If you write to berindesites@gmail.com or use the form, we receive your name, email and the message. We use it to answer and to do the job. We do not sell it.
The form opens your mail app. There is no account system and no newsletter list on this site.
If you send logo files and photos, we use them only for your project. After handover you own the site files we delivered.
Hosting and analytics after you publish are on the service you choose. Ask if you want no analytics at all.
